ORIGINAL ARTWORK
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY FOR ORIGINAL ARTWORK?
I offer FREE SHIPPING on all Original Art sales within the United States and Canada.
- Artwork ships within 5-business days of purchase date
- All Original Artwork is professionally packaged before shipping
- Artwork ships insured
International Shipping outside the United States and Canada
- It is important that you understand that international packages are a little bit more complicated to handle
- Cross-border tariffs, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries. Tracking orders are also quite unreliable with international shipments
Except for the United States and Canada, if you are an International Customer interested in my Original Artwork, I urge you to please send me a message before placing an order on my website’s shopping cart.
- Please include in your message your address and the item that you wish to purchase, and I will send you a shipping quote/invoice + all the required information
- Eligible locations may receive up to 50% off shipping costs
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS FOR ORIGINAL ARTWORK?
My goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with the art purchased from my website!!
- If you are not entirely satisfied with the original piece you will get 7-business days money back guarantee from receipt
- Please contact me asap (within 7-business days) to start the refund process
- The artwork must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging
- Return shipping cost is at the customer expense
- The customer must insure artwork for the full sales price for the return
Damage Original Artwork during shipment
In the event damage has occurred during shipment, please do the following:
- Please keep all original packaging
- YOU MUST take photos of the damage done to both packaging and artwork
- Contact me IMMEDIATELY (within 7-business days) with the photos, details, and your order number, and I'll take care of the problem with the shipping company and start an insurance claim
Note: For insurance purpose, every Original Artwork is photographed before and after is packaged and ready to be shipped to you.

ARE THE FINE ART PRINTS ARCHIVAL QUALITY?
Yes. All images are printed directly onto Museum Quality material using high-end, UV resistant archival inks.

- All Fine Art Prints that you purchase on my website will be custom printed by Buy Photo
- All prints will be professionally package and delivered by Buy Photo to ensure that your product arrives safely at your destination
- Shipping times range from 1-7 business days
